Ravioli with peppers, onions and sun-dried tomatoes

-A simple twist to something so easy!

*I didn't like sun-dried tomatoes so I opted for a 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomato sauce instead*

INGREDIENTS:

2 pkg - Frozen ravioli; cheese or meat
1/2 cup - Julienne sun-dried tomatoes OR 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato sauce
2 - bell peppers; any color you like
1/2 cup - yellow onion; sliced
2 cups - shredded provolone

STEP 1:
Cook and drain ravioli and directed on package


STEP 2:
In a large skillet slice and sautee peppers and onions over med-high heat in some oil--Stir in ravioli and tomatoes, stir occassionally until hot and sprinkle with cheese!
