Teriyaki Tilapia

1 20 oz. can drained pineapple cubes
3 sliced scallions
1 diced green pepper
red pepper flakes
4 tilapia fillets
Teriyaki sauce
brown or white rice

1 Place pineapple, scallions, and bell pepper in baking dish; season with red pepper flakes

2 Brush tilapia with teriyaki sauce and lay over pineapple mixture
3 Bake at 350 until fish is cooked through (around 35 mins)

4 serve over rice

  1. I want to like fish, however I dont like the fishy taste. Is this very fishy-tasting after its cooked?

  2. This one is, I am the same. I try to force myself because my hubby loves fish. You should try flounder it doesn't taste as fishy.
