Greek Pizza

*This pizza will not disappoint! I had never tried feta cheese, give it a try and you may love it too!

2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. frozen pizza dough, thawed
1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
1 sm. Zucchini, thinly sliced
½ tsp. dried oregano
8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
½ c. black olives, pitted chopped

1 Preheat over to 475. Brush bottom of a rimmed baking sheet with 1 tbsp. olive oil. Roll out and press pizza dough evenly to cover bottom of pan. Spread tomatoes over dough. Sprinkle with zucchini, oregano. Scatter cheese and olives on top.


2 Bake until underside of crust is golden and cheese is lightly browned, 15 -20 mins. Drizzle with remaining olive oil. Let pizza stand for 5 mins before slicing and serving.
*To round out the meal serve with a greek-style salad.
