Coffee cake

-This coffee cake is a huge hit at my house, I usually end up making 2 since it disappears so fast!-

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups - flour
1tsp - baking soda
1/2tsp - salt
1 cup - butter; room temperature
1 cup - sugar
2 - eggs
1tsp - vanilla
1 cup - sour cream
*FILLING:
1/3 cup - brown sugar
1/3 cup - sugar
2 tsp - cinnamon

STEP 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 13x9 pan
In a medium bowl sift together the flour, baking soda and salt and set aside.

STEP 2:
In a large bowl cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, add vanilla and mix well.

STEP 3:
Alternate adding the sifted ingredients and sour cream until all are added and mixed well.
In a small bowl mix the filling ingredients together using a whisk or sifter.

STEP 4:
Spread half the batter in the pan, top with half the filling and repeat!
Bake for 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean!
